- dear jason,
atypical pneumonia, no matter if it was originated in mainland china, hong kong or other places, brings some kinda unprecedented horror to the hong kong people. walking on the streets in tst, cwb or central, you'd think you're walking in a mortuary as over 60% of the people are wearing masks. i'm not exaggerating. this is a very hard time for us.
i didn't wear mask until today. on the bus, i put it on for the very first time but i could hardly breathe and so i tore it off after just 5 minutes. i didn't wear it in the theatre or when walking on the streets. i know this is bad...
nobody talks about the iraqi war here after atypical pneumonia broke out. we've just declared a war with ap and in iraq, the bush 'hitler''s troops are dropping bombs, burning people's homes, taking away their lives, and we can do nothing. okie i should not say any more about the war but i do vote against the war (i'm not pro-iraq okay?) and if i continue like this, i might be telling you how i want to burn mr. bush alive!
btw, i've decided to go to europe from 26th april till early may, probably 5th or 6th. i would first spend the first few days in the netherlands and then i may go to belgium and the u.k. my sister, eva has not decided if she'd go with me yet. i'll let you know later. april will be a very busy month for me as i've booked the tickets for 18 movies of the hong kong international film festival which will be held from 8 to 24 april.
alright i'm getting very tired now. i'll keep you informed of the news.
